Electronic Identity Account

As from 1 July 2025 all administrative procedures in Vietnam will be both online and offline, will be carried out only via e-ID accounts on the VNeID platform. 

Specifically, online administrative procedures are carried out via the National Public Service Portal or through information systems for administrative procedures at the ministerial or provincial level to be implemented by using e-ID accounts. 

To complete the registration of an e-ID account for a company, the legal representative of the company must hold an e-ID account of level-2 

To such extent, in order to carry out administrative procedures in Vietnam, including licensing and reporting obligations., a company is required to acquire to register for an e- ID account.
