- Viger Law (Vietnam) LLC (“VL”) is established and operating under the laws of Vietnam.
- Licensed to provide legal services throughout Vietnam. We have two full-service offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and in cooperation with partners in Berlin and Leipzig, Germany.
- Strong lawyers team with much year experience and diverse qualifications with in-depth understanding of markets and cultures of Germany and Vietnam.
- Our main customers include VNDIRECT Securities JSC, Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation, Aone Deutschland AG, Germany, Aone Vietnam Company Limited, Tilia GmbH, Germany, Strabag AG, Austria, Greencells GmbH, etc.
- Co-founder and operator (together with Dornbach Group) of Desk Vietnam, a website on investment and business opportunities for German and Vietnamese investors; supporting German and Vietnamese authorities/delegations in their visits and meetings in Vietnam and Germany; connecting German and Vietnamese investors to seek investment and trade cooperation
- Cooperating with Viger Law (Vietnam ) Education Company Ltd to provide a full range of services to German companies hiring Vietnamese individuals to work in Germany and to support Vietnamese individuals to go to vocational training courses and to seek work opportunities in Germany
- Maintaining a network with local professional organizations such as public notaries offices, security registrars, accounting and auditing firms, commercial arbitration centers

- Kết nối các nhà đầu tư Việt Nam và Đức tìm kiếm cơ hội đầu tư, hợp tác; tư vấn miễn phí cho các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp
- Tư vấn và hỗ trợ tài chính cho sinh viên Việt Nam có nhu cầu học nghề tại Đức; cấp học bổng cho sinh viên có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.
